As apart of my services I offer photography specifically for vacation rentals. I have worked with Airbnb Plus since its inception in Phoenix in 2018. Since then, I have photographed over 200 listings for Airbnb, VRBO, and for hosts directly. This type of shoot differs from real estate photography in the following ways:

- Strong compositions that accent the design of the space vs. showing the size of the room

- Natural Light look to lighting and feel.

- Better scene styling.

- A variety of overview and detail shots to highlight unique features and amenities.

Standard Shoot - $600 + Tax

- Up to 35 Images

- 4-6 hours of shooting time

- Photo turnaround in 2-3 days.

- Sunset/Dusk is included. 

- Variety of Overview and Detail Shots.

Luxury Package - $1000 + Tax

- Up to 50  Images

- 2 Part photoshoot with a Dawn and Dusk Twilight. 

- Typically 6-10 Hours of shooting time.

- Photo turnaround in 3-4  days.

- Variety of Overview and Detail Shots.

Add Ons

- Add 5 additional Photos to Package - $100 + Tax

- Followup Visit -$200

     - If changes were made to property and new images are needed.

     - Includes 5 Images, more can be added at above rate

     - Only available on listings I've previously photographed.

Terms and Conditions

By ordering services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Weather:

ALL shoots are weather contingent and may be cancelled up to 1 Hour prior to the shoot. “Acceptable Weather” is determined at the photographers discretion. Typically, the cutoff is 40-50% cloudcover. There is no cancellation fee for weather.

Rights and Usage:

As a matter of standard practice, I retain full and exclusive ownership of the photographs. The license is granted only to the client, but not to any third party. The photos are only to be used to market and promote the listing. Only you, the licensee, has permission to use the the photos in any digital or printed form. If you wish to use images taken as Marketing, separate from marketing the listing, an additional license must be purchased. Builders, Architects, stagers, designers, or any “third party” that wishes to use the photos much contact the photographer directly to obtain a license. Violation of this is grounds for a copyright theft lawsuit and is taken very seriously. Additionally, I am to be credited on all Instagram posts that use my work. The handle is @cjgershon.

At the Shoot:

The Client, you, is responsible for the listing to be prepared before my arrival. I will when necessary make styling changes for individual shots but I will not prep the listing for photos. The photographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture.The client is expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot “As Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property.

After the Shoot:

Once the images have been made they will be delivered via download from Dropbox in High Resolution,  Airbnb Sized, and VRBO sized if requested. Please do not share this link with any other parties.

Payment:

Payment is required before Delivery of Photos. Upon scheduling I will issue an invoice that is to be paid by the time of the shoot. A check at the shoot is fine. Photos will not be sent until payment has cleared. This is non-negotiable. 

Tax and Additional Charges

Arizona requires all photographers to charge sales tax on their work. This is charged at 8.6%.

These is no travel charge for shoots within the Phoenix Metro Area (defined as Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Sun City, Ahwatukee).

Outside of these areas is charged at $0.90/Mile.
